Résumé :
In our previous paper we analyzed H&M with the square model. We discover that this company seems to be a real success story and look like so perfect. Now we are going in more details and try to find why and in which way this company has managed to build a such image. We will also provide an analysis of H&M using the triangle model, hoping that it will bring some answers to the reasons of H&M's success.
