Résumé :
It is the truth: the world's automobile market is changing. In fact it is catching up to globalization: few brands are coming into the new markets and getting market shares. This phenomenon can be seen especially from the Asian market: Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Indian constructors are establishing with European and American automobile markets. Japanese constructors such as Toyota were the first to establish a connection with others parts of the world. Today, the company will become to be the world's first automobile constructor overtaking General Motors.
Automotive industry has long seen UK as an important location. Many constructors have set up production base in UK such as PSA, Toyota or Ford. The Asian, American and European constructors coming prove UK has become a major place in automotive industry. However, the Automotive Industry in Eastern Central Europe is becoming an attractive place for this sector.
There is another reality: the pollution is increasing. Thus citizens must to reduce their energy consumption and firms must incorporate a sustainable development policy. In fact, Kyoto protocol and the European commission include environmental expectations concerning the preservation of the environment. In the same time constructors are developing new energies engines in order to reduce petrol consumption.
I have lived for one year in England and I would like to work for my future life in the automotive industry that's constantly innovating. Development innovation is increasing and new energy engines are marketed: what will the new major automobile trends be within the European market? First it is interesting in accordance with my professional project to analyse the corporate strategy that can set up a Japanese car maker such as Toyota into this market.
