Résumé :

Identifying order winners and order qualifiers is a way to better integrate a company in its market allowing full potential and optimization of the way a product is built and delivered.

In the Manufacturer of seats case, we can see, as order winners, the quality and security the seats offer, which are capital characteristics when it comes to transportation. It also has to fit perfectly the place it has to go in and which is decided by the automotive assembler.
As order winners, we can note flexibility, price and delivery period. Indeed in the actual context of globalization it is essential that suppliers offer such characteristics if they want to stand one step forward the competition.

Concerning the web page designer, we can see as order qualifiers the quality of the design, the conformity with the demand and the flexibility to respond to the demand.
As order qualifiers we can note the ranking it offers for the pages, which is a primordial criterion of choice nowadays, the time delivery period and also the warranty it offers, because companies are always looking for stability and safety in their business.
