Résumé :
The differences between Western and Asian behaviours are very significant if we focus on the organisational behaviour aspect. The Asian values are fundamentally different from Western norms, as a consequence, before dealing with Asian partners, identifying the main characteristics of Asian business environments is a key step to succeed. Moreover, it's crucial to define the cultural norms of the various business actors. In order to compare Asian and Western business logic, four elements will be studied: the role of government, the role of relationship, the importance of culture, and finally, their implication for competitive and business logic.
