« Eléphant Bleu » : audit environnemental – une analyse PESTLE

For this assessment, I decided to base my environmental audit on the centers Blue Elephant, self-service high-pressure vehicle jet washing stations, by considering that such a centre can be established in England, and more particularly in a city like Portsmouth. I will try to analyze and evaluate the result that would impact one the opening of such a business. To make it as clear as possible, after introducing the activity of blue elephant, I will divide my essay into five paragraphs discussing each item of analysis pestle (Political, Economical, Sociological, Technological, Legal, and Environmental) to understand to what extent this kind of business could be successful, and the reasons why such centers do not exist yet here.

The centers blue elephant is part of a franchised chain of a Swiss concept founded forty years ago. With more than 775 centers in Europe and 511 in France, Blue Elephant is the European leader of high pressure jet washes (eléphant bleu, leader du lavage haute pression). The centers are open 24/24h a day 7 days a week, leaving the customer completely autonomous, being able to choose the duration and the cost of cleaning. The centers are equipped with all the essential things for cleaning all types of vehicles (cars, vans, bicycles, motor bikes): high-pressure jets, cleaning/valeting products and vacuum cleaners.
