Ricard's company
Created by Paul Ricard in 1939, the Ricard company, subsidiary of the Group Pernod Ricard since 1975, is a major actor of the sector of drinks.
World leader of the pastis with Ricard, 4th world spirituous mark. It occupies the first place in France on the market of the whiskey with Clan Campbell , of the Scotch tape premium with Chivas , of Irish Whiskey with Jameson. In its wallet of marks also appear, Four Pinks number 2 of the bourbons in France, Wyborowa in the 1st world place of Polish Vodkas, Larios 1st gin sold in Europe like various other marks.

To work out and/or market its various marks, the Ricard company lays out of several industrial centers and important commercial structures everywhere in France and in the world.
Since the creation of the mark in 1932, it is thus nearly 2 billion bottles which were sold.
These performances are explained by constant quality and the single savor of Ricard, appreciated by the three quarters of the French (survey Matem- November 1998). They find also their force in a strategy of conquest which animates the company and which appears on all the spot of sale, thanks to a step marketing and commercial innovating and offensive.

Allied domecq
Allied Domecq was an English group primarily specialized in the spirits, but also in fast-food industry. It was repurchased by French Pernod-Ricard and American Fortune Brands.
Allied Domecq was historically created by the bringing together of the English group Allied Lyons and Spanish Domecq.
Allied Lyons is it evens the result of fusion between Allied Breweries and the group J. Lyons and Co.
