  2. To begin, it's important to know who the Walt Disney Company is
  3. As we have seen that the Walt Disney Company is a worldwide company, it's interesting to study how this company is organized, and how employees are managed all over the world
  4. But the Walt Disney Company culture is not the only one to be taken into account in the success. Each culture in each country takes a place and has an influence on the Walt Disney Company because it's its direct environment
  5. If cultural differences in each country will affect the general way of managing the park, it will obviously affect the employees' management. How can the Walt Disney Company deal with this dimension, knowing that the basic employee's management is an important key of success?

Résumé :

The walt disney Company, founded in 1923 is today more and more confronted to the international. It's right on all the cartoons movies which are exported and seen all over the world but also for its theme parks. Whether it is in its original country, in the United States, or in one of the other theme parks like in France for example, visitors are coming from everywhere in the world, and sometimes, just for spending few days in the park without visiting anything else in the country. It's why the walt disney Company which is today a worldwide company, has to be very careful with all the cultural differences and has acquired, years after years, a really own company culture. This company culture sometimes needs to be adapted at a country but the walt disney Company always tries to keep its values. The walt disney Company has thus to use its specific culture in a good way and to understand how to adapt it without changing it.
