Résumé

The walt disney Company, founded in 1923 is today more and more confronted to the international. It’s right on all the cartoons movies which are exported and seen all over the world but also for its theme parks. Whether it is in its original country, in the United States, or in one of the other theme parks like in France for example, visitors are coming from everywhere in the world, and sometimes, just for spending few days in the park without visiting anything else in the country. It’s why the walt disney Company which is today a worldwide company, has to be very careful with all the cultural differences and has acquired, years after years, a really own company culture. This company culture sometimes needs to be adapted at a country but the walt disney Company always tries to keep its values. The walt disney Company has thus to use its specific culture in a good way and to understand how to adapt it without changing it.
