Résumé :
Thus, Women are generally more often promoted than men. But perhaps it is because an other factor impacts like the quantity of work they furnish. Women could be more hard-worker than men and it would be indeed logical that they are being more often promoted.
We also have to link this factor with the salary. Does being promoted means more money for women than men or promotion just helps them earn as much money as men? But this is another debate that does not have its importance here.
