Résumé :

With the development of the technologies and the intensification of the globalisation, a lot of developed countries increase the living conditions and their powers in the world and in the market economy.
But, in this world, some countries do not have the opportunity to use this new technologies in order to make profit with them on the economic market. They are kind of victims, people used by this economic system.
So, more and more people in the developed countries become aware of the difficulties of the developing countries and of their differences with the healthy ones. For helping the populations of these countries, some people create associations which are independent from the governments: the Non-Governmental Organisations.
So, with the essay, we want to try to analyse and understand the NGOs. We would like to know what kind of NGOs exist? How can we define them? What is the business and human point of view? And we could ask ourselves if the NGOs are really independent or not?
