Résumé :

Le tre caravelle is a marketing company specialized in the field of tourism, hotel and real estate.
Actually, this company, based in Milan, works off line on advertising and events, such as "planning and management of multi-media campaign, stands and fairs"..., but also and more particularly online, such as "design and management Website, planning and management advertising campaign Web, Planning and management systems for listing on search engines, Online Communication, Design and Management call centre"...

During these three months, we didn't work in the headquarters in Milan but in Treviolo. Our tutor, the e-marketing manager Mauro Ricci, manages three employees. Erica, Simona and Patricia are a telesales person. They try to make an appointment with prospective customers and to give some advices about a product or a service by phone. After that, the sales department is in charge of that.

The company Le tre caravelle wanted to be informed about the market of Dubai. Actually, this company currently sells accommodation in Dubai and would like to know completely the market.
The mission was divided into two parts. In a first time, we had to study the market of Dubai to know about real estate developments, locations, buildings, developers... Then, in a second time, we more particularly had to be interested in the online market. The concept was to study websites linked to the sale of real estate. The company wanted to know the main rivals in the market, the quality of their websites...
Thanks to this study, the company will be able to sell accommodation in other locations, but will also be able to adapt its website to the market.
