Through all the summit, the real question was to know whether the economic growth and globalization could be combined with ecology and the global's population needs, the aim being a collective awareness of the stakeholders whether public or private. And in spite of the announced American President's George W. Bush absence to the summit, stood in for his Secretary of State, Colin Powell, all the global stakeholders were present to debate of the 153 articles planed in the action plan of the summit conference.
